While at SweetRush as Director of Immersive Technologies, I developed and implemented the strategy that led to creating an award-winning XR team within the Learning and Development market.
What started as a simple idea—to build an Immersive Tech Team—has evolved into one of the industry's leading XR learning content creators, serving Fortune 500 companies and delivering highly interactive, cutting-edge XR experiences.
Now, in my new role as Director of AI Strategy, I’m guiding SweetRush into the future of AI. I’m focused on leveraging this technology to boost production efficiency, elevate product quality, and help the company evolve into a more advanced, innovation-driven organization.
IMC:
- Digital Signage team
At IMC, I was responsible for developing the strategy that led to the creation of an innovation department tasked with designing and deploying a multi-country digital signage network featuring both outdoor and indoor large-format LED displays.
The first group of screens was installed in San José, Costa Rica. The design and implementation of the display structure became an award-winning project, recognized by the Digital Signage Expo (DSE) in Las Vegas with the Apex Award for digital signage in public spaces.
ProMotor:
CA Sport racing championship
This has been one of the most stressful endeavors I’ve undertaken. I was tasked with helping to create, design, and implement all sporting regulations for several car racing championships in the FIA NACAM region.
This involved extensive research into the technical, safety, and sporting aspects of the sport.
A key component of the strategy was developing a solution for race timing, as well as establishing a network that allowed different driving teams to connect and access race information.
My journey with strategy design
For the most part, in one way or another, I’ve been doing this for most of my professional life. It wasn’t until recently, however, that I began spending more time researching and learning about strategy design frameworks and strategy activation—something that has always come naturally to me and that I’m excited to apply more intentionally in the future.
