my work at IdeaWorkshop
IdeaWorkshop was a small company that provided engineering services to advertising agencies. I co-founded IdeaWorkshop after recognizing an opportunity to create high-end experiential marketing experiences using advanced technologies like IoT and XR. We successfully delivered many games and interactive projects—but the biggest challenge wasn’t on the research and development side, as we had expected. Instead, it was in collaborating effectively with advertising agencies and creative teams.
We quickly discovered a significant gap between the creative world and the technology world—one that often prevented creative directors from bringing bold ideas to life for their clients. To help bridge this gap, we dedicated much of our time to designing and delivering workshops aimed at empowering creative professionals to brainstorm and develop innovative marketing experiences. While some of the final concepts came directly from us, we found that the most extraordinary projects emerged when we worked together.
It was an incredible experience for me—working alongside creative minds and constantly finding ways to turn ambitious ideas into reality.
During my time at IdeaWorkshop I worked as a Creative Strategist, Project Manager, and also supported the creation of many games from a visual, development, and hardware creation perspective. IdeaWorkshop was later acquired by SweetRush.
