SweetRush is a company in the Learning and Development space that creates learning content for many companies.  As Director of Immersive Technologies (XR), I built and led the XR team responsible for the ideation and development of multiple award-winning projects for a range of incredible clients.

From the beginning, I developed a long-term strategy that guided the team over several years and helped establish our reputation as one of the most creative and innovative XR content creators in the learning industry.

My involvement spanned a wide range of roles—including developer, 3D content creator, project manager, creative technologist, and, of course, team leader. As the team expanded, my focus shifted primarily to management, creative consulting, and strategic planning. Working at SweetRush has been an amazing learning experience, and I feel fortunate to collaborate with such talented individuals.

Today, my role has shifted to Director of AI Strategy. While I work less with XR now, I feel incredibly fortunate to be involved with such an exciting and emerging technology.
